Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time, half of the project will be charged if not able to reschedule.
However, we also understand that unforthcoming circumstances can happen to anyone, so we encourage you to explain your situation to our representatives.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in excellence. If you believe we did not live up to our expectations, we will return to your home to clean the problem spots. We also provide a 48-hour rain check after your project is finished in case of unforeseen rain in your area.
