Absolutely. If you provide clear pictures of the entire front, sides and back of the property we are able to provide an estimate. Additionally, we encourage you to provide details of your the conditions of your windows as it can affect the estimate amount. In response to COVID-19, we are also working on developing virtual estimates where you are able to speak through a sales rep through video chat.

Great question! In our first year, we tried providing estimates based on the home/property's area alone, but found them innacurate for most of the time. We instead base our prices on the amount of windows and window style. Other factors, like the windows, tracks or screen condition or accessibility to the window, can affect the estimate amount.

Our estimates include the price for window cleaning, screens and tracks. If you'd like a service to be removed, like screen cleaning, we can take it into consideration before or after the estimate.

The amount of window technicians present at your property depends on the size of the property. On average, a team of two technicians is sent two a two story home for interior and exterior cleaning. On larger projects, 3-4 technicians are sent for multi-level properties like officies or large facilities.

For our soap products we use envrionmentally-friendly products and are constantly developing better ways to become more environmentally-friendly.

Project lenght can vary by the amount of windows, how dirty they are, the quality of the screens (as our estimate price includes screen cleaning), and the windows' accessibility. On average, an interior/exterior project, with screens and tracks included, can take around 3.5-4 hours.

Great question! Rain during a project does not usually affect the overall outcome of the windows—rain does not make windows dirty, dirt does. Dirt and debris usually rise up to the windows due to high-speed wind during heavy thunderstorms, causing the dirt to rising from your yard, trees or nearby landscape like bushes and plants and stick to your windows as the rain trickles down the pane. Light, sprinkling rain has a minimal effect on your windows and, if done by professionals, the rain should just roll right off as the window is clear from any dirt the rain could attach itself to. In the case of streaks remaining on your windows, we do have a 48-hour rain check after your windows have been cleaned. We will clean any windows that might have been affected by the rain at no additional cost to you.
